to ask or not to ask?

A lot of clients I see have a hard time figuring it out…and sometimes, so do I!

That’s why I love using the Interpersonal Effectiveness skill from DBT called ‘The Dime Game’. It gives us some helpful things to consider when we are asking for something from someone else (or when we need to say no to something… cause that’s hard too!).
