Do you struggle with managing and controlling your emotions, maintaining healthy positive relationships, deal with ongoing distress, difficulty relaxing, or impulsivity?

In Metanoia Therapy’s DBT / Life Skills Group, you will learn those life skills that most of us missed out on.

  • Identify, name, and manage emotions

  • Improve relationships - how to do them, maintaining them, starting new ones, and ending ones that are no longer helpful

  • Tools to manage distressing emotions and situations

  • Slowing down to take in life

What does group look like…

  • Educational format, slightly different than support groups

  • Homework every week

  • Mindfulness practices together in group

  • Experiential, learning from others as we share how practicing these skills in real life is going
